سياسة الخصوصية
البيانات الي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: اسمك، اسم محلك، رقم هاتفك، عنوانك والمحافظة والقضاء، وصورة المحل الي تصوّرها وقت التسجيل.
- الطلبات: القطع الي تطلبها وكمياتها وأسعارها، وعنوان التوصيل.
- الضمانات: عند تفعيل ضمان: الاسم ورقم الهاتف الي تكتبهم، كود الشاشة، رقم الطلب أو الفاتورة، وتاريخ التركيب.
- الإشعارات: رمز خاص بجهازك ونوعه (آيفون، أندرويد، متصفح) حتى نگدر نوصلك إشعار بحالة طلبك.
- الدردشة: الرسائل والصور الي ترسلها لنا من «دردشة ويا امواج» داخل التطبيق أو الموقع، وردودنا عليك.
الكاميرا والصور
- نستعمل الكاميرا لتصوير محلك عند التسجيل، ولقراءة رمز QR على ملصق الضمان.
- قراءة رمز QR تصير داخل جهازك: ما نحفظ الصورة ولا نرسلها — ناخذ بس الكود المكتوب بالرمز.
- الصور الي تختار ترسلها بالدردشة تنرفع لخوادمنا حتى يشوفها موظفينا ويردون عليك.
- صورة ملفك الشخصي تبقى بجهازك بس ولا تنرسل إلنا.
الي ما نجمعه
- ما نجمع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا جهات الاتصال، ولا صورك غير الي تختارها أنت.
- ما نستعمل إعلانات، ولا أدوات تتبّع، ولا نبيع بياناتك لأي أحد.
ليش نستعملها
- حتى نسوي حسابك ونتأكد من رقم هاتفك.
- حتى نجهّز طلبك ونوصّله.
- حتى نسجّل ضمانك ونتحقق منه.
- حتى نوصلك إشعار أو رسالة واتساب بحالة طلبك أو ضمانك.
- حتى نرد على أسئلتك بالدردشة.
منو يشوف بياناتك
ما نشارك بياناتك إلا بالقدر الي يحتاجه الشغل:
- موظفين المحل: رسائل الدردشة يقراها ويرد عليها بس موظفين امواج الي عندهم صلاحية الدردشة.
- شركة التوصيل: الاسم والهاتف والعنوان، حتى يوصل الطلب.
- مزودو خدمة الرسائل: رقم هاتفك، حتى يوصلك رمز الدخول ورسائل الطلب والضمان عبر واتساب أو رسالة نصية.
- خدمات التشغيل: خوادم قاعدة البيانات والموقع، وخدمات الإشعارات من Google (أندرويد) وApple (آيفون). هذولا يشغّلون الخدمة بس، وما يستعملون بياناتك لأغراضهم.
حذف حسابك
تگدر تحذف حسابك بأي وقت من التطبيق أو الموقع: حسابي ← حذف الحساب. أو تواصل ويانا ونحذفه إلك.
شنو ينحذف: اسمك، اسم محلك، عنوانك، رقم هاتفك، أجهزتك، ومحادثاتك بالدردشة مع صورها — وما توصلك إشعارات بعدها.
شنو يبقى: سجلات طلباتك وضماناتك السابقة تبقى عدنا بدون ربط بحسابك، لأننا نحتاجها للمحاسبة، ولأن الضمان يحمي الزبون الي ركّب الشاشة.
كم نحتفظ بالبيانات
بيانات حسابك تبقى لين تحذفه. سجلات الطلبات والضمانات نحتفظ بيها للمدة الي يحتاجها الشغل والمحاسبة.
الحماية
كل الاتصال بين التطبيق وخوادمنا مشفّر (HTTPS)، والوصول لبيانات الزبائن مقفول على موظفين المحل بس، كل واحد حسب صلاحيته.
الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه لأصحاب المحلات، ومو موجّه للأطفال.
التغييرات
إذا غيّرنا هذي السياسة، ننشر النسخة الجديدة بهذي الصفحة ونحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» فوق.

Privacy Policy — Amwaj Electronics
This page explains what data the Amwaj Electronics app and website collect, why, who sees it, and how to delete your account. We are a mobile-phone spare parts store in Karbala, Iraq.
Data we collect
- Account: your name, shop name, phone number, address, province and district, and the photo of your shop taken at sign-up.
- Orders: items, quantities, prices and delivery address.
- Warranties: when you activate one: the name and phone number you enter, the screen code, the order or invoice number and the installation date.
- Notifications: a push token for your device and its type (iPhone, Android, browser), to notify you about your orders.
- Chat: the messages and photos you send us through the in-app chat, and our replies.
Camera and photos
- The camera is used to photograph your shop at sign-up and to scan the QR code on warranty stickers.
- QR scanning happens on your device; the image is neither stored nor sent — only the code it contains is used.
- Photos you choose to send in the chat are uploaded to our servers so our staff can see them and reply.
- Your profile picture stays on your device only and is never uploaded.
What we don't collect
No location, no contacts, no photos other than the ones you choose. No ads, no tracking, and we never sell your data.
Why we use it
To create and verify your account, prepare and deliver your orders, record and verify warranties, send you notifications or WhatsApp messages about your orders and warranties, and answer your chat messages.
Who sees your data
- Shop staff: chat messages are read and answered only by Amwaj staff who have chat access.
- Delivery company: name, phone and address, to deliver your order.
- Messaging providers: your phone number, to deliver sign-in codes and order/warranty messages by WhatsApp or SMS.
- Service providers: our database and website hosting, and push notification services from Google (Android) and Apple (iPhone). They only run the service and don't use your data for their own purposes.
Deleting your account
Delete your account at any time in the app or website: Account (حسابي) → Delete account (حذف الحساب), or contact us and we'll do it. Your name, shop, address, phone number, devices, and your chat messages and photos are deleted, and you stop receiving notifications. Records of your past orders and warranties are kept without any link to your account, as they're needed for accounting and to honour the warranty for whoever installed the screen.
Retention
Account data is kept until you delete your account. Order and warranty records are kept as long as needed for business and accounting.
Security
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS), and customer data is only accessible to shop staff according to their permissions.
Children
The app is intended for shop owners and is not directed at children.
